Dr. Ehsan Bhutta Secretary Industries Government of Punjab chaired a Progress Review Meeting at PIU. He was given a detailed briefing by Project Director IWRPP Mr. Zohaib Mushtaq on all three components of the Project.

The project is aiming to train 20,000 people in 4 sectors of economy i.e. Tourism and Hospitality, ICT, Textiles and Construction and subsequently in other 4 Sectors in succeeding years.

 
He also briefed about B4S under which currently 79 trainees including 9 females are undergoing On Job training at construction sites of IWRPP. 
The project is also undertaking establishment of single TVET Database for admissions and job placement. Dr Ehsan Bhutta while appreciating the project performance emphasized on timely completion of all activities so that youth can be trained and they get employed as per vision of the Government of Punjab.
