Technical Assistance Inception Workshop on Skill Mapping for TVET Sector was organized at Lahore by AARC Management Consultants – SEMIOTICS.  The detailed presentation on skill mapping in eight priority economic sectors under Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project accentuated the need of comprehensive TVET strategy, real time study of primary and secondary data and its effectiveness under regulatory framework by keeping in view its significance for all stakeholders.

The workshop was concluded on getting productive feedback from government/stakeholders, TA implementation and following interactive session of question & answers. Project Director PIU Mr. Zoahib Mushtaq, representatives from ADB Review Mission, PD AARC Mr. Omon Narzikulov, Chief Operating Officer TEVTA Ms. Quratulain Memon, DG PSDA Ms. Sahibzadi Waseema Umar and other officers attended the workshop.
